PURPOSE: A new construction method of a twin-hammering rotating body using zero gravity is provided to produce electric energy for twenty four hours by applying levitation and zero gravity. CONSTITUTION: A power generation device using potential energy comprises a rotary guide floating body(6), three or more solenoids(9), one or more rotators(11), and a speed increasing/decreasing device(15). The rotary guide floating body is floated on fluid(1), and freely moves along a rotary shaft(4). The rotary guide floating body is connected to the lower part of the rotary shaft by a yacht bearing(5) so that the difference of elevation is generated on the upper edge of the rotary guide floating body. The solenoids generate the difference of elevation with constant patterns by inclining the rotary guide floating body and pressing more than three parts of the upper edge of the rotary guide floating body. The rotators rotate the rotary shaft with rotating by the inclined rotary guide floating body. The speed increasing/decreasing device is connected t o a power generating gear(14), and constantly controls the RPM of the gear.
