The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having a sun protection function, and cosmetics comprising a water-insoluble sponge impregnated with the cosmetic composition. The cosmetics have an effect of solving a problem of a sun protection agent being absorbed into the water-insoluble sponge, thereby completely exhibiting a sun protection effect (sun protection factor/rating) which is predictable from the sun protection agent contained in the cosmetic composition.
