An EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) cooler is provided to uniformly distribute coolant by forming tubes from plates stacked into layers and flowing the coolant in a zigzag way along a tank formed by the tubes. An EGR cooler comprises a plurality of tubes, a radiation fin(20), a first inlet port(30) and a first outlet port(40), and a connector assembling unit(50). The tubes are formed by bonding two plates(11) having cups. A tank(12) is formed by bonded cups. Each tube has an interior with a first flow channel communicated to the tank for flow of the coolant and an exterior with a second flow channel for flow of exhaust gas. The radiation fin is interposed between the second flow channels. The first inlet port and the first outlet port are communicated to the tank so as to flow the coolant. The connector assembling unit is fixed at both lengthwise sides of the tube, and has a center with a second inlet port(51) and a second outlet port(52) so as to allow for flow of the exhaust gas. The cup of the tank has a plurality of flow holes, and at least one of the plates is a blank plate so that the coolant flows in zigzag. |
