PURPOSE: A vacuum drying apparatus is provided to maintain the vacuum condition of a heating process of raw materials for securing the flavor and the color of the raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum drying apparatus comprises the following: a supporting unit(190) including a flat panel(191), and a panel supporter(192) rotatably supporting the flat panel; a first container(110) for storing raw materials, including more than one through-hole for discharging air and the moisture; a second container(120) for storing the first container, fixed to rotate to the opposite direction of the first container; a heater(180) heating the second container; a protective cover(130) preventing the generation of accidents by the heat; a driving unit(160) rotating the first and second containers to the opposite directions; a vacuum pump(150) inhaling air from the second container using a hose(151); and a controller(140) operating the heater. |
