CLEANING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A cleaner using a lifting device is provided to enable a user to operate a height adjustment button to adjust the position of a brush at the predetermined height and to move the brush upward and downward with various ways. CONSTITUTION: A cleaner comprises a brush and a lifting device(40). The lifting device includes a lifting motor, a cam(42), and a rotation switch(43). The lifting motor composed of an AC(alternating current) motor generates the rotatory power only toward the one-way direction. The cam rotates by the lifting motor to raise the brush. The rotation switch senses the position of the brush while rotating by the cam. The rotation switch includes the connection shaft connected to the cam, and a variable resistance rotated by the connection shaft and changing the voltage which is outputted according to the rotation angle. The variable resistance is formed with the annular shape so that the rotation toward one-way direction is unlimitedly performed with no limit.
