PURPOSE: A universal surgical simulation assembly for orthodontic surgery is provided to enable a user to establish a precise operational plan. CONSTITUTION: A universal surgical simulation assembly for orthodontic surgery is as follows. The outer structure of an upper plate(100) connected to a dental articulators moves right and left along the X-axis. A rotary plate(300) connected to the outside of the upper plate moves forward and backward along the outside of the upper plate. The rotary plate connected to the inner part(200) of the upper plate yaws around the Y-axis. The perpendicular upper part and perpendicular inner part(400) connected to the inside of the upper plate move up and down. The perpendicular inner part and perpendicular bottom part rotate around the X-axis. A fixed bar rotates around the Z-axis.
