PURPOSE: A composition for a heat-shielding paint is provided to provide a ceramic aqueous heat-shielding paint which increases painting effect and insulating effect for a structure and has excellent water resistance, weatherability, durability and coatability. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a heat-shielding paint comprises 5-10 wt% of a heat-shielding pigment, 10-20 wt% of hallow beads, 60-75 wt% of an acrylic resin(solid phase 30-50%) and 5-10 wt% of an additive. A manufacturing method of a heat-shielding paint comprises: a step of putting a blowing agent and thickening agent while dispersing dispersant into an acrylic resin; a step of injecting a pigment into the mixed raw material and dispersing the mixed pigment after injecting beads; a step of measuring a softening degree and removing beads of a large particle by using a paste filter; and a step of adding a hollow bead, a solvent and anti-freezing agent into the paste and mixing the same.
