PURPOSE: A hairpin bending machine is provided to produce 14 hairpins through one cycle by obtaining two pairs of hairpins from each roll through a bender unit. CONSTITUTION: A bender unit(300) of a hairpin bending machine includes a bending part(310) with seven sets of guide pipes(311), a stopper, and a stripper part(320). The bending part is provided with seven copper pipes(101) first from a feed part(220) of a cutter unit(200), moved after the seven copper pipes are cut by the cutter unit to receive seven copper pipes secondly through the rest seven sets of guide pipes, and rotated forward to bend the 14 copper pipes after the seven copper pipes are cut by the cutter unit. The stopper and the striper part determines the size of the 14 copper pipes supplied through the guide pipes of the bending part and ejects the bent 14 copper pipes.
