PURPOSE: A cleaning apparatus and a method for manufacturing CIGS solar cells using same are provided to remove particles and leave alkaline components on a back contact electrode, thereby capable of omit an alkaline element diffusion layer. CONSTITUTION: A back contact electrode(120) is formed on a substrate. The back contact electrode is cleaned by using a cleaning solution including alkaline components. The alkaline components are left on the back contact electrode. A precursor is formed on the back contact electrode. A light absorption layer(140) containing the alkaline components is formed by heating the precursor. |
