摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of citron tea is provided to enrich the color, the smell, the taste, and the nutrients of the citron tea by adding functional nutrients to citron skin. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of citron tea comprises the following steps. Manufacture aged citron skin by mixing 0.3-0.5wt% of pectinase and 0.3-0.5wt% of cellulose with 100wt% of citron skin, and aging the mixture at 60-75 deg. C for 50-70 minutes. Manufacture a citron extract by mixing 80-110wt% of sliced citron and 80-120wt% of sugar with 100wt% of the aged citron skin, and filtering the mixture. Mix 30-50wt% of citron extract, 0.05-0.5wt% of vitamin C, 0.1-0.5wt% of taurine, 0.1-0.5wt% of herbal extract, 0.1-2wt% of tetrose, 0.1-2wt% of palatinose, and 45-65wt% of purified water. Store the mixture at 5-10 deg. C for 24-48 hours, and refrigerate at 30-40 deg. C below zero. Age the refrigerated mixture at 15-30 deg. C for 5-7 days, and secondly age the mixture at 35-50 deg. C for 5-7 days. Mix 10-30wt% of citron extract, 15-30wt% of isomalto-oligosaccharides, 0.001-0.003wt% of vitamin B1, 0.001-0.006wt% of vitamin B2, 0.001-0.003wt% of vitamin B6, 0.001-0.006wt% of vitamin 12, 0.05-0.5wt% of vitamin C, 0.1-0.3wt% of taurine, 0.1-0.5wt% of herbal extract, 0.1-1wt% of tetrose, 0.01-0.1wt% of palatinose, and 50-70wt% of purified water. Store the mixture at 5-10 deg. C for 24-48 hours, and refrigerate at 30-40 deg. C below zero. Age the refrigerated mixture at 15-30 deg. C for 5-7 days, and age the mixture again at 35-50 deg. C for 5-7 days. Remove impurities by centrifuging the ripened mixture at 300-500rpm for 5-10 minutes.
