PURPOSE: A backlight unit including an LED and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a heat radiation property by directly transmitting heat to a BLU chassis body made of thermally conductive metal materials. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit includes a BLU(Back Light Unit) chassis, a flexible PCB(Printed Circuit Board), and one or more LED packages(103). The flexible PCB is formed on the BLU chassis. One or more LED packages are bonded with the flexible PCB. |
