PURPOSE: A high-pressure machining holder for supplying high-pressure cutting oil for controlling chips of difficult-to-cut materials is provided to improve cooling efficiency by supplying high-pressure cutting oil between a cutting insert and chips, thereby extending the lifetime of a tool. CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure machining holder(10) for supplying high-pressure cutting oil for controlling chips of difficult-to-cut materials comprises a holder body(100), a ball(700), a guide ring(800), a nozzle(600), a combining plate(200), an O-ring(500), and a joining member. The holder body comprises a cutting insert(400) in an end portion and a cutting oil passage in inside. The ball guides a jetting direction of the cutting oil being discharged through the cutting oil passage. The guide ring is interposed between the ball and the holder body, thereby guiding the rotation of the ball as much as predetermined angle. The nozzle is joined by penetrating through a central portion of the ball and communicated with the cutting oil passage, thereby supplying the cutting oil to outside by transferring pressure. The O-ring is interposed between the joining plate and holder body, thereby preventing a leakage of the cutting oil. The joining member fixes the joining plate to the holder body.
