PURPOSE: A communication service providing method and a device thereof are provided to offer the same communication service wherever, whenever, using any kind of terminal without using a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) chip having personal telephone number stored. CONSTITUTION: A conversion part(320) receives a call data packet. The call data packet includes a physical telephone number of an originating terminal or a logic telephone number of a receiving terminal. The conversion part converts the physical telephone number of the originating terminal of the call data packet to a logic telephone number by using a database. The conversion part the logic number of the receiving terminal to a physical telephone number. The packet transmission part(340) transmits the converted call data packet.
