PURPOSE: A natural antibacterial toothpaste composition for children containing water soluble sodium silicate is provided to ensure non-toxicity and non-irritating antibacterial effects, and to tranquilize. CONSTITUTION: A natural antibacterial toothpaste for children with non-toxicity, a non-irritating antibacterial effect, and a tranquilizing effect contains 1-40 wt% of water soluble sodium silicate(Na_2SiO_3-10H_20), 20-25 wt% of water soluble calcium silicate(CaSiO_3), 20-25 wt% of silicon dioxide in a powder form, 10-20 wt% of D-sorbitol of liquid phase, 4-12 wt% of glycerine of liquid phase, 2-8 wt% of corn starch in a powder form, 3-6 wt% of liquid Glycyrrhizae radix, and 1-3 wt% of saccharin in a powder form.
