PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquid phase food using a wooden barrel is provided to enhance manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a liquid phase food using a wooden barrel comprises: a step of cutting wood and preparing front, back, and side boards for the wooden barrel(S210); a step of sealing the surface of the boards and air gap of an internal tube using a rosin solution(S220); a step of preparing a frame for the wooden barrel(S230); a step of fixing front and back rims of the wooden barrel and each outside connection bars with one side and inserting the plural front, back, and side boards(S240); and a step of inserting a hoop to cover the outer circumference of the side board to prevent separation of the plural side boards from the front and back rims(S250). |
