PURPOSE: A multifunctional cross beam for supporting traffic facilities is provided to simply correct a construction error caused by a design change by freely varying the installation position thereof. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional cross beam(T) for supporting traffic facilities comprises a fixed pipe(10), a sliding pipe(20), an elastic controller, and a tension control device(40). One side of the fixed pipe is connected to the top of a steel column(5), and the other side has a stopper ring. The sliding pipe is inserted into the fixed pipe to be slidable and has a separation prevention ring hung on the stopper ring. The elastic controller is coupled to a fixing nut attached to the outer surface of the fixed pipe and fixes the sliding pipe. The tension control device is flexibly connected between the steel column and the cross beam and freely controls vertical tension.
