PURPOSE: A method for making traditional wine using Bambusa tuldoides is provided to take in phenol ingredients, amino acids, and organic acid and to extend expiration date. CONSTITUTION: A method for making traditional wine comprises: a step of mixing 250g of Lespedeza cuneata, 50g of Epimedium koreanum, 30g of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma and 30g of Bambusa tuldoides in 5L of crude liquid of 30% alcohol; a step of maturing the mixture in the shade at 15 Deg.C. for 2 months(S100); a step of filtering the matured liquid using a cotton cloth(S200); a step of injecting the matured liquid into bamboo and maturing for one or more months(S300).
