<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform speaker confirmation by a voice feature adequate to users performing voice communication with each other while reducing points changed from an existing terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: Subscriber information DB stores feature information indicating a feature of speech voice of a user of each telephone call destination for each subscriber of a terminal device. When voice communication between a first terminal device 20 and a second terminal device 30 is started (S1, S2), a server device 10 obtains a confirmation request message specifying a subscriber of the first terminal device 20 and the second terminal device 30 which is a telephone call destination received from the first terminal device 20, and generates feature information according to transmission voice from the second terminal device 30 (S3, S4). The server device 10 checks feature information stored in the subscriber information DB corresponding to the subscriber of the first terminal device 20 and the second terminal device 30 with the generated feature information (S5, S6), and notifies the first terminal device 20 of a check result.
