<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for accurately detecting a user who responds to a vogue word. <P>SOLUTION: A booming word action user detection device 1 includes an action record database 21 in which a record of an action made on a terminal 2 is stored while related to user information on the terminal 2 and the time of the action; a booming word database 22 in which a retrieval word such that a reception number per unit time and its booming rate exceed certain values among retrieval words received from the terminal 2 is stored as a booming word while related to the time when the certain values are exceeded; and a booming word action user database 12 which extracts an action record related to the booming word stored in the booming word database 22 among action records stored in the action record database 21 together with user information on a user who takes the action, and stores the action record in a vogue action user database 23, the action record being related to the booming word stored in the booming word database 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
