<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen sensor control apparatus capable of accurately calibrating the relationship between output characteristics of an oxygen sensor and oxygen concentration, through use of an output value from the oxygen sensor obtained when fuel supply to an internal combustion engine is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 2 determines whether a current output corresponding value (concentration corresponding value) Ipr of an oxygen sensor 20 obtained for each predetermined interval is within a predetermined first range R1 when fuel cut is executed. When it is determined that the current output corresponding value Ipr is within the first range R1, it is determined whether a change amount (differential value) between a digital filter value of the current output corresponding value and the digital filter value of the output corresponding value the previous time that is determined to be within the first range R1 the previous time is within a permissible amount. An average output value Ipav is calculated on the basis of the output corresponding value Ipr sequentially determined to be within the permissible amount, and a correction coefficient for correcting the actual output value Ip of the oxygen sensor 20 is obtained by using the average output value Ipav and a preset reference output value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
