<p>The invention relates to the field of construction, and specifically to a method for manufacturing a sash of a window unit. The technical result produced as a result of carrying out the invention consists in reducing the cost of the finished product and in increasing the quality thereof, and is achieved by the fact that, in the method for manufacturing the sash of the window unit, which involves manufacturing a double glass pane constituting a structure consisting of panes with a spacer frame which is arranged along the perimeter between said panes, is connected to the latter and in the rabbet of which fittings required for fixing the sash in a window unit frame are mounted, and fixing window frames on the external side of the panes, along the perimeter thereof, said window frames covering an internal and an external ledge, with a seal premounted in the window frame rabbet and covering the internal ledge, and the spacer frame and frame structures of the window frames are produced as a result of dividing the frame element of the sash, said frame element being manufactured by welding blanks of an initial polyvinyl chloride profile cut on an inclination, into three parts.</p> |
