<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately avoid inaccuracy of image formation generated due to drift in a method and an optical microscopic device for displaying a sample with an image. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical microscopic device, an image processing unit includes: at least one temperature sensor (50, 52, 54, 56, 58, 60) for measuring temperature quantities (ΔT<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔT<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔT<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) generating image drifts during the photographing of a series of individual images; a storage module (302) for storing the measured temperature quantities (ΔT<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔT<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔT<SB POS="POST">n</SB>); an association module (308) for associating the temperature quantities (ΔT<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔT<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔT<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) generating the image drift with drift quantities (ΔX<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔX<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔX<SB POS="POST">n</SB>; ΔY<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔY<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔY<SB POS="POST">n</SB>) depending on temperature by using predetermined association data (400); and a correction module (310) for correcting detected center-of-gravity positions (82, 84, 86) by using the drift quantities (ΔX<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔX<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔX<SB POS="POST">n</SB>; ΔY<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, ΔY<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, through ΔY<SB POS="POST">n</SB>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
