<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device having a lock function which is set such that an operation part is not detached from a body part while facilitating assembling of the operation part. <P>SOLUTION: The fastener includes: the body part 12 of which the surface is covered with a bumper; a part to be attached to vehicle body 16 which is provided on the back surface 18 of the body part 12 and is attached to a vehicle body; and a locking mechanism 20 which is provided to the body part 12 and locks the flange part of the bumper. The locking mechanism 20 includes: a base part extended in a first direction; a connection part which links turnably the base part to the body part; a protrusion part which is disposed on the base part and can be inserted and drawn to and from an engagement hole formed on the flange part by turning of the base part; and a stopper part which is abutted against the vehicle body to stop the movement of the base part when the base part moves in the rotation direction where the protrusion part is inserted into the engagement hole. When force is applied to the bumper in the direction from the back surface to the front surface in such a state that the bumper is locked, the protrusion part is brought into contact with the hole edge and the base part receives torque in the rotation direction from the hole edge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
