Disclosed is an all-in-one machine. The all-in-one machine includes a back board and a circuit board. The circuit board includes a bottom board and electronic elements arranged on the bottom board. The bottom board is fixed on the inner wall of the back board, and the electronic elements are located between the bottom board and the back board. In the manner mentioned, the uneven structure feature of the back board itself is utilized in the all-in-one machine, the circuit board is arranged on the inner wall of the back board, and the electronic elements on the circuit board are arranged to face the inner side of the wall of the back board. Accordingly, a back cover is omitted, such that not only components are simplified, but also the fee on the die sinking of the back cover and the cost on the materials is saved. Therefore the cost of production is reduced.
