An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the above method, comprising at least one silo vehicle with a pneumatic discharge device, at least one injector, at least one flexible pipeline between the silo vehicle and the injector, at least one water inlet for the injector, at least one pipeline between the injector and the mixing pump or direct coupling of the injector and the mixing pump, at least one mixing pump with an integrated or combined mixing chamber, a screw conveyor and the high pressure pump executed as a positive displacement pump e.g. piston-, screw-, hose- and rotor pump, at least one temperature measuring device, at least one quantity measuring device for liquids, at least one floating or movable pipeline with outlet openings, at least one distributing line in water, and/or a mobile water treatment plant with storage and distributing devices. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The method and the device are useful for introducing alkaline substances in acidic water. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device exhibits improved mobility of the movably fixed devices, and requires less cost for operating. The supplying of hot lime- or dolomite milk (heated at 40-100[deg] C) to the displacement pump, is assisted by a dosing- or pre-pressing screw located in the mixing pump.
