<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copyright fee payment amount calculation device that enables a literary work which is small in use amount (use frequency) to be paid for on a royalty basis economically. <P>SOLUTION: A use amount is extracted (S102) after the literary work is specified (S101), and when a secondary use contract is present, a secondary use amount of money is calculated (S104). When payment is made on a royalty basis, a royalty amount is calculated (S106) and when a prepayment contract is made, a payment examination amount is calculated (S109) if received balance is insufficient. When the payment examination amount is equal to or less than a minimum payment amount, the payment examination amount is determined as a payment amount (S111), and when the payment examination amount is larger than the minimum payment amount, the payment examination amount is carried over to a next month (S112). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
