The device (1) has a fluid drive device (13) and an electric motor-driven electric drive device (14) containing drive shafts (15, 16), which are driven around longitudinal axes (15a, 16a) for producing rotative driving motions (17, 18). The drive devices are drivingly coupled with an output actuator independent of each other for producing rotative output motion (12) of the output actuator by the drive shafts. The drive shafts are arranged by the fluid drive device and the electric drive device such that the longitudinal axes have same direction as a rotation axis (6) of the output actuator.
