摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reconstructive hand surgery. At the first stage apparatus of external fixation is applied on hand and forearm in order to eliminate flexion contractures of joints of hand and fingers. At the second stage, after elimination of faulty position of hand and fingers on palm surface in the region of bases of 2-nd, 3-rd and 4-th metacarpal bones tape is passed under tendons of said fingers flexors. Tape ends are crossed, one of them is passed through canal in the area of distal metaphysic of radial bone and connected with the other at the outlet of canal with formation of 8-shaped loop. Tendons of long radial extender and ulnar extensor of hand are connected to each other, tendons of extensors of 2-nd, 3-rd, 4-th and 5-th fingers are mobilised in a single unit, folded into duplicature with its sewing to tape.
