PURPOSE: A zero-phase-sequence current-transformer with a case cover and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a speed in producing the zero-phase-sequence current-transformer and to eliminate the possibility of the disconnection of a coil by replacing an epoxy molding with a separated case cover. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of recessed grooves(116) is formed on the outer circumference of a case(110). Two holes(114) having an expansion unit(114a) are formed in the upper part of a chamber unit(112). A hanging projection(118) is formed in the inner circumference of the chamber unit in the case. A case cover(130) is joined to the case. The case cover is composed of a blade unit(132) and a protrusion(134) held on the hanging projection.
