<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a mold in which when at least two kinds of curing agent compositions are used together, these can be distinguished clearly, workability and safety are improved, and the improvement of a steady mold strength and a casting quality can be united. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a mold uses a fireproof granular material, a water solubility phenolic resin, and a curing agent composition, wherein the curing agent composition containing an ester compound and a coloring agent includes at least two curing agent compositions chosen from a curing agent composition containing at least 50 wt.% of a dibasic acid ester, a curing agent composition containing at least 50 wt.% of at least one of triacetin and ethylene glycol diacetate, and a curing agent composition containing at least 50 wt.% of γ-butyrolactone (selected at least two curing agent compositions are each colored by different coloring agents together), and wherein the solubility at 25°C of the coloring agent is at least 0.2 g per 100 g of the curing agent composition excluding the coloring agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
