FLOW RATE MEASURING APPARATUS AND FLOW RATE MEASUREMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measuring apparatus and a flow rate measurement method for raising measurement accuracy of a flow rate.

SOLUTION: An introduction mechanism which is constituted of: a first flow channel 112; a second flow channel 115; and a third flow channel 116 is provided between a supply port 111 and a measurement region 116. Thus, since generation of disorder on interfaces of two kinds of sample solution by mixture of the two kinds of sample solution is prevented, and generation of an error at a boundary part of a refraction index in the sample solution is suppressed, measurement accuracy of a flow rate of the sample solution is raised.
