<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine securing the continuity of look-ahead notice and preventing the failure of player's expectation. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that a variable display pattern of identification information has a specific variable display pattern upon passage of a game medium through a start area, specific presentation is performed before a starting condition of the determined variable display of identification information is satisfied. The same determination value is set to have a non-specific variable display pattern regardless of a saved prize ball count stored in a prize ball storing unit when the starting condition is satisfied.
