<p>In this invention, a switch (SW1) is provided in series between an electricity storage unit (2) and a solar cell unit (1), and a switch (SW2) is provided between output terminals of the solar cell unit (1). After the output of the electricity storage unit (2) is connected to an inverter (3) by closing a switch (SW3) on, the switch (SW2) is closed to short the output terminals of the solar cell unit (1) before closing the switch (SW1).
