<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly measure an outer diameter of a joint fitting for a hose at an arbitrary position in the shaft center direction with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An outer diameter measuring apparatus 1 includes: a pair of two-dimensional laser type first displacement sensors 6 which are arranged to face each other in the diameter direction orthogonal to the direction of a shaft center C1 of a joint fitting 30 for a brake hose; a two-dimensional laser type second displacement sensor which measures the shape of the joint fitting 30 for a brake hose; and a micrometer head 8 (movement means) which moves the joint fitting 30 for a brake hose in the direction of the shaft center C1. The pair of two-dimensional laser type first displacement sensors 6 can measure the shape and outer diameter dimensions of the joint fitting 30 for a brake hose on a first plane which is the plane orthogonal to the direction of the shaft center C1. The two-dimensional laser type second displacement sensor 7 can measure the shape of the joint fitting 30 for a brake hose on a second plane which is the plane including the shaft center C1 of the joint fitting 30 for a brake hose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
