<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-through capacitor capable of suppressing infiltration of a plating liquid and suppressing generation of insulation resistance defects. <P>SOLUTION: In the feed-through capacitor, a width of a first connection part 13A of an internal electrode 6 for signals is narrower than a width of a first main electrode part 11A and a first lead-out part 12A. Thus, when forming a plating layer on an end face of an element assembly, the plating liquid is prevented from reaching the first main electrode part 11A of the internal electrode 6 for signals by the narrow first connection part 13A. Also, in the feed-through capacitor, at the first main electrode part 11A of the internal electrode 6 for signals, a constricted part 14A is formed corresponding to a position of a second connection part 13B. Thus, even when the plating liquid infiltrates from the second lead-out part 12B of an internal electrode 7 for grounding, the plating liquid is prevented from reaching the first main electrode part 11A, and the generation of insulation resistance defects is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
