The device comprises an insert (16) having an active surface (52) and a surface (54) opposite the active surface (52). The device includes a mechanism (22) for turning over the insert (16) relative to the movable panel (14), which is suitable for moving the insert (16) during the movement of the movable panel (14) with respect to the base (12), in order move the insert (16) from a storage position to a use position.
