<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked cooler having excellent cooling capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The stacked cooler for cooling a plurality of electronic components from both sides has a plurality of cooling tubes provided with a coolant passage 21 for distributing a cooling medium, and an interconnection part which interconnects the plurality of cooling tubes. The cooling tube is configured by arranging a plurality of inner fins 7 stacked in the stacking direction in the coolant passage 21. Out of the plurality of inner fins 7, at least one inner fin 7 is a wave fin having a wave-shaped cross section orthogonal to the stacking direction.
