<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity list issuing apparatus, a program and a commodity list issuing method which reduce a load of a cashier as well as an illegal behavior. <P>SOLUTION: The commodity list issuing apparatus includes taking-in means, commodity recognition means, generation means and issuing means. The taking-in means takes in a picked-up image. The commodity recognition means recognizes a commodity from a commodity image included in the picked-up image taken in. The generation means generates a commodity list including commodity information identifying the recognized commodity and a code symbol coding the commodity information.
