<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a module with sub-CPUs prepared for each function for the drawing of scan line rendering, a pipeline processing configuration or a parallel distributed processing configuration causes a delay in processing since drawing data are stagnated in FIFO between the sub-CPUs depending on the tendency of print data. <P>SOLUTION: The configuration of scan line rendering is changed in line with the tendency of print data.
