<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotation member from being disengaged out of a rotation transmission member. <P>SOLUTION: A rotation transmission structure includes a rotation transmission member that is rotated by receiving rotation transmitted from a drive unit; and a rotation member that is rotated by receiving rotation of the rotation transmission member. Locking grooves 66, 67 are formed at one of the rotation transmission member and the rotation member, a locking member is arranged which is deformably formed at the other of the rotation transmission member and the rotation member, and has a locking element to be locked with the locking grooves 66, 67, and a root ridge of the locking member at the other of the rotation transmission member and the rotation member is linearly extended.
