PURPOSE: A robot path control method and an apparatus thereof are provided to handle fixed obstacles or moving obstacles by applying fuzzy algorithm for avoiding a collision of a mobile robot. CONSTITUTION: A robot path control apparatus(100) comprises a path generating unit(110) and a path re-setting unit(120). The path generating unit generates moving path based on environmental map and the moving path includes nodes from a starting spot to a target spot. The path re-setting unit implements mutation and crossover with respect to location property of the nodes according to micro genetic algorithm and resets the moving path of the robot based on the location property of the nodes. |
