<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor the heat resistance of which can be enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: As shown on Fig.1(a) and Fig.1(b), a current sensor 1 comprises: a sensor IC2 with terminals 51-53 which detects a magnetic field and outputs a detection signal; a first lead frame 101 and a second lead frame 102 for electrical connection with the sensor IC2; a body 10 which integrates the sensor IC2, the first lead frame 101 and second lead frame 102; an opening 13 formed in the body 10 and exposes the first lead frame 101, the second lead frame 102 and at least one terminal of the sensor IC2; and terminals 51-53 of a sensor side connector 5 being connected electrically with the first lead frame 101, the second lead frame 102 and at least one terminal of the sensor IC2 exposed to the opening 13, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
