The cutter uses a revolving disc (26) to slice a wide range of edible produce. To vary the force possible to hold the produce in place, a disc, slice-gathering bin (6), and oscillating magazine (4) with accessories are incorporated in a pivotable frame (2). Horizontal stub-axles project from each side of frame to take support (8) from a trestle (1) and form the fulcrum (3). The frame can occupy any position between the horizontal and the vertical, and may be locked in the desired position by a locking screw (19) traversing a quarter circular slot hole (17) in a trestle mounted plate (14). A jack (39) may drive (38) the magazine and a screw-jack (31) may displace a plate (29) to set the slice depth.
