<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen sensor control apparatus capable of accurately calibrating the relationship between output characteristics of an oxygen sensor and oxygen concentration, through use of an output value from the oxygen sensor obtained when fuel supply to an internal combustion engine is stopped. <P>SOLUTION: When impedance of an oxygen sensor 20 is within a predetermined range and an Air scavenging amount (total supply amount of atmosphere) becomes equal to or greater than a predetermined amount, when fuel cut of an internal combustion engine 100 is performed, a CPU 2 calculates an average output value Ipav averaged on the basis of a plurality of output corresponding values (concentration corresponding values) Ipr of the oxygen sensor, from which values deviating from a predetermined first range R1 have been excluded. Subsequently, the CPU 2 further averages average values obtained per a plurality of fuel cuts to thereby obtain a plural-average output value Ipavf. The CPU obtains a correction coefficient for correcting the actual output value Ip of the oxygen sensor 20 on the basis of the plural-average output value and a preset reference output value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
