PURPOSE: A composition for preventing dew condensation is provided to have excellent anti-mold performance, attaching performance, and durability while having excellent prevention of dew condensation, heat-insulating performance and heat-blocking performance. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing dew condensation additionally comprises 10-15 weight% of a vinyl acetate resin, 5-8 weight% of titanium dioxide, 4-8 weight% of talc, 10-15 weight% of calcium carbonate, 3-5 weight% of borosilicate glass, 10-15 weight% of Insuladd which is a hollow body micropowder which is microsized and contains aluminum silicate as a main component, 1-2 weight% of diatomite, 0.05-0.1 weight% of an antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 weight% of a dispersant, 0.05-0.2 weight% of a preservative, 0.5-1.0 weight% of a thickening agent, and residual water. The paint composition additionally comprises 0.8-1.2 parts by weight of magnesium silicofluoride based on 100 parts by weight of the paint composition.
