PURPOSE: An ion smashing type emulsion apparatus for diesel oil is provided to increase time for coming back to a free state by increasing pulverizing ratio of a molecular group. CONSTITUTION: An ion smashing type emulsion apparatus for diesel oil comprises a feeder(110), a mixer(120), a multipole mill(130), a high-pressure pump(140), a storage apparatus(150), an emulsion refiner(160), and a precipitation apparatus(170). The supplier receives diesel oil, water, and additives with a preset ratio. The mixer mixes the diesel oil, water and additives. The multipole mil pulverized the liquid mixture from the mixer. The high-pressure pump is installed in an inlet or outlet of the multipole mill and emits the liquid mixture by high pressure. The storage apparatus stores the pulverized liquid mixture to collect molecular groups thereof. The emulsion refiner discharges the liquid mixture by high pressure. The precipitation apparatus sprays and precipitates the liquid mixture to obtain emulsion fuel.
