PURPOSE: Fermented soybean paste using red pepper and pepper seeds, and a preparation method thereof are provided to use the red pepper seeds thrown away during a process for preparing red pepper powder. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of fermented soybean paste using red pepper and red pepper seeds comprises the following steps: crushing 6-7wt% of red pepper; mixing 23-25wt% of fermented soybean powder, 3-5wt% of red pepper seed powder, 9-11wt% of salt, and 52-59wt% of purified water with the crushed red pepper, and uniformly stirring the mixture; and aging the stirred mixture in a jar. The size of the red pepper seed powder is 12-16 meshes. |
