PURPOSE: A barker is provided to easily remove the bark stuck in a circular blade pair by including a flat spring in the center of the circular blade pair. CONSTITUTION: A first main body(100) comprises a first handle part(301) and a first grip part(101). A second main body(200) comprises a second handle part(302) and a second grip part(201). A hinge axis(400) is installed at the cross section of the first main body and the second main body. A pair of circular blade pairs(111,112) is formed at the first grip part of the first main body. One circular blade pair(211) is formed at the second grip part of the second main body. A first flat spring(121) is fixed to the inner part of the first grip part of the first main body, and formed between the blades of the circular blade pairs. A second flat spring(221) is stabled at the inner part of the second grip part of the second main body, and formed between the blades of the one circular blade pair. An elastic body is comprised between the first flat spring and the first grip part, or the second flat spring and the second grip part. The hinge axis is formed within a hinge axis groove formed with multiple holes, and controls the maximum angle opened between the first grip part and the second grip part centered to hinge axis. The free edge of the first flat spring or the second flat spring is bent to the exterior of the first grip part or the second grip part.
