PURPOSE: A capacitive touch screen panel display device is provided to improve touch sensing performance by forming a touch screen receiving sensor and forming a touch screen transmitting sensor on the top of an upper glass or the top of a lower glass. CONSTITUTION: A display driver(213) drivers a display. A cover sheet(230) is laminated on the top of the display. A touch screen sensor includes a touch screen transmitting sensor(221) formed on the top of a lower glass of the display and a touch screen receiving sensor(222) formed on the rear of the cover sheet. A touch screen/touch key processing unit(250) processes touch information inputted by the touch screen receiving sensor and a touch key sensor to transmit a signal. A display unit(210) receives touch information to control a display unit.
