PURPOSE: A pouch capable of facilitating transportation and storage is provided to exclude the generation of unintended exothermic reaction or endothermic reaction by the improved structure of a pouch. CONSTITUTION: A content containing part(110) contains content. A temperature controller(131), which is placed on at least one side among the front side and the back side of the content containing part, heats or cools the content. A temperature control space(134) includes the temperature controller which is placed on at least on side among the front side and the back side of the content containing part. A temperature control unit(130) has formation material(132) which forms the temperature control space. A sealing part(140) interposes between a liquid reactant inlet(136) and the content containing part and seals the liquid reactant inlet and the content containing part by heat. The adhesive strength of the sealing part is more than 200gf/square centimeter but less than 5kgf/square centimeter. A grip part(150) grips the liquid reactant inlet, placed on the upper side than the sealing part. The grip part is the top end of temperature control space formation material which is not sealed with the content containing part by the sealing part. The adhesive strength between the liquid reactant inlet and the content containing part by the sealing part is lower than the adhesive strength between the temperature control space formation material except the liquid reactant inlet and the content containing part. The content containing part includes a first containing part film(112) and a second containing part film(114). A containing space(116) which contains a temperature controlled object is formed between the first containing part film and the second containing part film. A liquid reactant inlet seals the temperature control space, combining to the content containing part by the sealing part.
